  • If you’re using insurance, fees vary depending on your plan’s copayments and deductibles. I can check your eligibility and benefits before we begin treatment to help you understand your coverage.

For those paying privately, the initial intake session is $175, and all ongoing sessions are $150 for each 55-minute session (both in-person and online). I accept cash, checks, HSA cards, and all major credit cards.

Please verify your health insurance coverage when you arrange your first visit.

If I am not on your specific insurance panels, I can offer you a Statement of Services (superbill) for OON. Ultimately, you are responsible for payment at the time of service, regardless of whether your insurance company reimburses you.

I encourage you to contact your insurance provider and obtain information regarding your benefits if you intend to seek reimbursement from them.

  • We will set up a regular day and time to meet weekly or biweekly. I offer therapy appointments via Telehealth (online) across Arizona, California, Idaho, and Montana.

The first step is to set up an appointment. Click the button below to schedule a time, or email me any questions before scheduling.

Once we schedule your appointment, I’ll set up a secure client portal and send you the necessary paperwork. The client portal allows you to complete forms, access resources, and communicate with me easily.

I look forward to connecting with you and supporting you on your journey!

  • In our first few sessions together, we’ll begin an in-depth assessment to understand the challenges that brought you to therapy. This process involves exploring what you’re experiencing, how long you’ve been dealing with it, and how it’s impacting your life, relationships, and overall well-being. We’ll also discuss any significant personal history or experiences that may be shaping your current situation, allowing us to build a well-rounded picture of your unique circumstances.

From there, we’ll gradually develop a treatment plan tailored to your needs. This includes setting initial therapy goals, identifying key areas of focus, and discussing therapeutic approaches that align with your preferences and comfort level. By the end of our initial sessions, you’ll have a clear understanding of the therapy process, the steps we’ll take together, and an open space to ask questions or express any thoughts. My goal is for you to feel heard, supported, and hopeful about the journey ahead.

Additionally, I’ll send an email with information on what to expect, along with your initial client forms to review before our sessions.

  • Telehealth therapy allows you to meet with your therapist online through a secure video platform from the comfort of your home or another private location. Sessions are conducted similarly to in-person therapy, providing a convenient and confidential way to receive support and work toward your therapeutic goals across Arizona, California, Idaho, and Montana.

  • A Good Faith Estimate is a document that provides an estimate of the expected costs for therapy services for cash pay clients. Under the No Surprises Act, healthcare providers, including therapists, are required to give clients an upfront estimate for the anticipated duration and costs of treatment. This estimate helps you understand potential expenses and make informed financial decisions about your care. Please note that this is an estimate and may vary based on the length and frequency of sessions as your treatment progresses.
